Give plain cranberry sauce a rest this year and try our jazzed-up version instead. It's chock-full of apricots with a hint of orange.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup(s) dried apricot halves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup(s) water
  • 1/4 cup(s) spreadable fruit, orange-flavor

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium pot. Cook over medium-high heat until cranberries have popped, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool and serve at room temperature. Yields about 1/4 cup per serving.
